The site contains a certain number of hypertext links to other sites (partners, information, etc.) created with the authorisation of the owners of the site. 5. Protection of property and people – personal data management

The information collected by means of our contact forms is recorded in a computer file by SOREMA to facilitate correspondence with prospects and customers of the establishment.
They are intended for any manager/employee of the establishment who may have correspondence by telephone or by email with the persons concerned, in particular in response to a request made by them.

We use an invisible Google ReCaptcha to avoid spam, here is the privacy policy.
This service deposits cookies that are essential to the proper functioning of the site. You can set your browser to delete these cookies when you leave our website. (see links for cookie management paragraph 4)

The data collected with contact forms is retained for a maximum period of three years in the event of no contract being concluded with our company.

In accordance with the provisions of Articles 38 et seq. of Law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on Data Processing, Data Files and Individual Liberties, all users have the right to access, rectify, remove or object to personal data concerning them.

The request must be written and signed, accompanied by a copy of an identity document signed by the holder of the document, specifying the address to which the reply is to be sent.

No personal information on the user of the site is published without the user’s knowledge, exchanged, transferred, assigned or sold to third parties in any format whatsoever. Only acquisition of the site from the owner of the site along with their rights shall enable transmission of the said information to the potential acquirer, who shall in turn be bound by the same obligation concerning data conservation and modification in relation to the user of the site
